Dear PhotoRoom Support Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent changes to the credit system and how my allocated credits are being distributed across different tools. While I appreciate the introduction of new features, I have found that my current credit balance is being disproportionately consumed by tools I rarely or never use, severely limiting my access to the core features I rely on. Specifically: Batch Convert: This feature is currently allocated a significant portion (approximately one-third) of my total credits. I rarely, if ever, utilize the batch conversion function. Video Generation: This feature is allocated a similar large portion of credits (another one-third). I only tested this feature once to verify its functionality and do not require it for my regular workflow, as I subscribe to a dedicated video generation service elsewhere. My usage pattern for image generation—the primary reason I subscribe to PhotoRoom—has remained consistent. However, the new credit allocation system makes it appear as though my usage has increased due to the consumption by these unwanted functions. My Request: I respectfully request that you reallocate my credits to prioritize the features I actively use. I need my credit balance to be almost exclusively dedicated to image generation tools. I ask that the credits currently being consumed by the Video Generation and Batch Convert functions be significantly reduced or removed entirely from my allocation to ensure I can continue my work without unnecessary constraints.
