All models that generate in the product staging feature are Caucasian. As a black owned business. We feature black models. For every image, I have to edit for a black woman and the resulting output is usually terrible. All black women don’t wear Afros you know. We aren’t all the same color either. I mean, this is 2025 and I shouldn’t have to even write this note. This just reeks of bias in your AI platform. Are there no black, brown, or Asian people at Photoroom? Or is everybody white. You need to get this fixed ASAP. Get I together

Hello PhotoRoom Team, I am a long-time user of your app and I recently subscribed to the Premium plan, expecting to have full access to all professional features. I am very disappointed to learn that even with my Premium subscription, I am limited to batch editing only 50 photos at a time. I was then asked to pay for an "extra" subscription just to process more. This is very misleading. A premium subscription should mean that the user gets full functionality. Charging additional fees for a core feature like batch editing feels like an unfair business practice. I would like you to reconsider this policy. As a paying customer, I should not have to pay extra for a feature that is essential to my workflow. I hope you can provide a solution to this issue.

Would it be possible to provide more transparency around image limitations? Understanding these constraints is crucial for me to effectively plan and manage my work. It also helps me assess whether the app offers good value for the cost. Thank you.

Hello Photoroom Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with my Photoroom Max subscription. The app is showing that I have reached my weekly generation limit, but I have an active yearly subscription that should provide unlimited access. My account is under this email address - Abinash’s Photoroom I have attached a screenshot from my phone's subscription settings showing that my "Photoroom Max Yearly" plan is active and valid until 11 September 2026. Could you please investigate this issue and restore the full features of my Max subscription to my account? Thank you for your help.

I really like your background removal tool. It works much better than others I've used. I will be needing to remove backgrounds for many 4K images but just found out I can't use your website to do it because you max the resolution at 2K in batch mode. 4K is pretty standard these days, would be great if you were able to get batch mode exports at 4K.

Many professional users like me rely heavily on Virtual Model AI and iterative testing. For example, adjusting outfits, backgrounds, and perspectives often requires multiple trial generations per look before achieving a client-ready result. Right now, this can quickly exhaust the weekly limits, which creates friction instead of flexibility. My suggestion: • Introduce a “Pro Workflow Mode” or “Creative Sandbox” option, where users can run 50–100 generations per day for iterative testing without worrying about limits. • This could be positioned as an add-on for professionals/freelancers, or even built into the Max plan to truly reflect “unlimited professional use.” • An additional benefit could be a bulk test mode — letting us generate variations quickly, then select the best ones to finalize. • And importantly, if this requires a higher-level subscription or an add-on fee, I (and many other professionals, I believe) would be willing to pay more in exchange for reliable, production-grade access. I believe this would make Photoroom indispensable for serious creators and agencies, and it would also strengthen your subscription tiers by differentiating casual use from professional use. I've been using the app for a couple of weeks and still don't feel comfortable with working on my tablet with the vertical orientation of the screen 😔... I'm really looking forward to the album orientation to be provided, because it's really so uncomfortable to work like so:((

For the logo creator especially, it would be a great strength to be able to export an svg file. Logos often need to be scaled for various applications. The current exports are lower res and smaller files, which is not great for logos
