Hello, My name is Stephanie but I go by Hobby Bobbins online. I have a following of around one million across my social media platforms. I'm reaching out because I wanted to send in a complaint about the newest proposed update you're planning on rolling out as of mid November. I've been using this app for quite some time and to hear that you're intending on putting limits on batch exports, creating and enforcing AI credits and are even looking to create more subscription tiers is really upsetting. I've loved using this app but for some reason it is now getting more and more greedy with less and less added to create value. Instead it appears that Photoroom's new business model is to get more money out of your customers with the features that they have already have been offered when originally subscribing. Is there any way to discuss the changes with someone and why they are happening? I'm about to stop recommending it as a business tool. The biggest feature I use from this app is the background removal tool in batch mode. I hardly use any of the other features. By limiting that area Photoroom is effectively making itself useless to me and many other people who use this platform for their own individual needs and businesses. I could understand if you were making different tiers that would highlight different feature access, such as a tier that has limited credits for AI but unlimited batch background removal but instead you've now taken away the major feature I use on a daily basis while adding literally no value to us as the user in these circumstances. I can’t seem to do any more animations it stopped after 2 also now my Ai backgrounds have stopped haven’t used photoshop much today is there a problem?

So now we’re paying a monthly fee 💸 and getting new limits on basic features like group exports? 🤡 That’s not an “upgrade,” that’s a paywall in disguise. Every time we adapt, they move the goalpost further — it’s exhausting. 🚧 Stop calling greed “premium.” �

I’m looking for a feature that combines custom AI background prompts with automatic object adjustment - that specific combination isn't available yet. Currently, Product Staging automatically adjusts objects but generates its own scenes, while AI Backgrounds let you create custom backgrounds with prompts but the background adjusts to your object (not the other way around).

PLEASE RESTORE THE POSSIBILITY OF DOWNLOADING MORE PHOTOS, SUCH AS UP TO 10 (WITHOUT ZIP), AS IT WAS BEFORE. BECAUSE WHEN WE WANT TO PROCESS 3-4 PHOTOS QUICKLY, WE NOW DOWNLOAD THEM IN ZIP FILES, WHICH MAKES IT EXTREMELY HARD. WE USED TO DOWNLOAD THEM NORMALLY AS REGULAR .JPG FILES, NOT ZIPPED, AND THAT WAS VERY CONVENIENT.

so i just found out we have unlimited batch background remover with pro, but not unlimited batch downloads. how much sense does that even make? i do 50 images at a time and cannot download those individually! which i was told individually is still unlimited. but people who are using batch are not going to want to download them individually. i ONLY use the background remover ! i have been a member for quite a bit now and i will not be able to keep this service if it doesn't serve my needs now. And I do not want to pay a ton of money for stuff i'm not even using. so now what?

Love the app. So many good features. Just upgraded to “max” for $832/yr because it was advertised as no limit. And it was. For a few weeks. Then they told me to update the app and now I have no AI until the 30th. Pretty unhappy. May cancel and return to basic plan.
