Problems with animation and generating requested AI backgrounds

I can’t seem to do any more animations it stopped after 2 also now my Ai backgrounds have stopped haven’t used photoshop much today is there a problem?

(I’m a MAX user) I have also that issue. I made 4 animations. After then (some hours) I couldn’t do any more. I’m receiving a message that I’ll be notified when my animation will be complete, but then I don’t receive any and also any new animation.
