The last update has made the app very frustrating for me. I like to go through my photo albums to select the best backdrop for my items (I sell online). The album used to stay up so I can click on each one until I’ve chosen the one I want. Now once I select one image it takes me all the way back to the beginning. I can easily look through the apps images without it going back but it won’t do it with my own. So frustrating .This is already taking up so much time. I have used this app for years but this little change may be the end of it for me.
Please fix this issue asap!

The iPad issue of the pop up blocking the image has already been fixed on version 5.4.9 this week and the remaining issue will be fixed on the next release of 5.5.0 that will be live next week. Sheri OBrien: our engineers informed me that the iPad issue you mentioned (about the pop up blocking your image) will be fixed in our next release 5.4.9 that should arrive next week

Jeanette Sha: That would be fantastic!🙏🏻 Hopefully they will also be addressing the issue of the 'display' disappearing after you select an image and therefore have to start ALL OVER🫣?
I am definitely praying that this will ALL be fixed so that all of us can stop bugging you and get back to work!

Jeanette Sha: Hi Jeanette, I just added a new request here bc the changes we discussed were NOT in this latest update (8/22/23). I don't even know what to do anymore, much less what I'm going to tell all the people that signed up as yearly PRO users at my advice.

Sheri OBrien: hi Sheri as I mentioned in my latest comment today, the rest of the fix will be reflected in the release for next week. One of the changes we talked about (for iPad) is already here this week and you should already see it as our commitment of progress. Our engineers are already working super hard to prioritize this, despite our lack of resources in August when more team members are out of office. Rome is not built in a day and we again appreciate your patience!

I am only concerned bc the issues on my end haven't changed (yet), as the pop up is still blocking the design AND there seems to be a new glitch where I cannot get OUT of the pop up screen so I have to force-close and re-open the app🫣. I will absolutely keep my fingers crossed for a resolution, I sincerely appreciate the attention you've given this~

Sheri OBrien: I’m so relieved to know it’s not just me. I have several albums I use with backdrop images and some have hundreds of photos but I like to find the perfect backdrop for my pics so not being able to do that has been frustrating to say the least.
It looks like they have read our complaints though and may fix it! Fingers crossed they can do it soon! I do love the app.

oh my gosh, I do the exact same thing, and I have literally been UNABLE to work with the way it is now! Not only are the photos smack dab in the middle of your project, but if you click on a photo, then the display goes away and you have to pull it up again and go through possibly hundreds of photos to get to the one you were at.
I have close to 20 people that I have talked into signing up for and becoming pro members because they do similar work to mine and we are ALL desperately trying to find another app that will work for us because I can't get an answer about them UNDOING this for me.

Unfortunately even though I used to LOVE this app & had a wonderful conversation with Jeanette about this issue (thanks again Jeanette!!) It has been weeks now & my progress is REALLY beginning to suffer...sadly a few of my 'team' of 20 other Pro Users have already had to leave...so I'm going to have to start looking for another app 😟

Alina K.: Unfortunately my Pro subscription is yearly and doesn't renew until Dec. I think, so I am totally bummed that I've paid for an app that I USED to use several times daily but is no longer worth the frustration of having to keep re-opening my photos & going back through 100's of them to find one I want.
Then I was SO EXCITED to see there was an update yesterday bc I thought it would be fixed...no such luck🙁. It is such a shame because I've talked to a whole lot of other people who are also not renewing, or have already found other apps. Guess I need to start searching as well😥. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
